Meet Addy
Welcome to Align coaching! I am a certified faith-based life coach, but most importantly I am a wife, a daughter, a friend, and a disciple of Christ.
In my (limited) free time, I enjoy camping, song writing, and spending time with family. I am in my last semester at Brigham Young University Idaho studying Child and Family advocacy.
I believe that happy families are central to a functional society and have the potential to bring us the most joy! I am also a firm believer that Jesus Christ can heal ALL wounds and that through Him we can (and should) continually improve our faith, our families, and our marriages.
I coach individuals with a wide range of personal struggles, but I am especially passionate and experienced in guiding others through the struggles we all face in family life.
I'd love the opportunity to support you as you work towards your loftiest goals or simply manage mundane daily tasks. There is always progress to be made and more happiness to be achieved and I would value the opportunity to be part of your journey!
My approach
As a faith-based life coach, my goal is to help you draw closer to Christ as we work to align your life with your values. After all, Christ is the one who truly knows your struggle and knows how best to help you!
Together, we will lean into faith-based principles and practical tools to get you where you (and God) want you to be!

I work with individuals from all different backgrounds with all different struggles.
My life experience and education have given me extra insight into family dynamics and marital skills, but no matter your struggle, I want to be your partner in progress!
